It started operation in the 1998 under the name Maxicom Computer Company Ltd. It was established solely as a computer based company dealing in Computer Sales and Accessories, Computer Training, Desktop Publishing and the offering of Secretarial Services. A change in the share and owner structure caused the name of the copany to be changed from Maxicom Computer Company Ltd. to TERNOVAL COMPANY LTD. On the 11th January 2000, the company was re-launched more vibrantly under a new management and a new name. This innovative change brought together other commercial activities as listed under the products section. Other Internet Online Activities like Internet Browsing, Web Page Development and Hosting, Internet Sales & Marketing, Online Job Opportunity etc. were introduced under the new umbrella.
